Seymour contest

  My entry for m5w's 'Spring Break Seymour' contest! This is his OC hanging out by the docks at night, watching flireflies over the water. Can you tell how much I /really/ want it to get warmer soon? I still have to dig my way out of my driveway, it's ridiculous. 

  I used a color palette for this, and I am EXTREMELY happy with how it turned out. Pfft- Look at that pukey green I made the dock, it's hilarious, and I was originally going to wood-grain the dock too but got lazy. This started out as an excuse to use more interesting shading but just turned out as an oppor-tuna-ity for me to dick around with textures and effects. LOOK AT THE WATER REFLECTION EFFECT, HOLY HELL. I'm so proud of myself.
